You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy merchandise, register for an event or enter a raffle. Some events and raffles carry their own age and eligibility requirements, which are listed on the event or raffle page and are part of these Terms.

All podcast episodes, show notes, articles, graphics, logos and other content on the Services are owned by The Dead Pair or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may listen to, share links to and quote short excerpts from our content for personal, non-commercial use with credit to The Dead Pair Podcast. You may not copy, re-upload, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

Views shared by hosts, guests and guest co-hosts are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of The Dead Pair or our sponsors.

Content on the Services, including shooting technique, training drills, equipment and gun-fit discussion, is for general information and entertainment only. It is not a substitute for in-person instruction from a qualified coach. Always follow safe firearm handling practices, range rules, and all applicable federal, state and local laws. You are solely responsible for your own safety and conduct when acting on anything you hear or read through the Services.

The Services mention, link to and are supported by sponsors and other third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, products or services, and a mention or sponsorship is not a warranty. Your dealings with any sponsor or third party are solely between you and them.

Our merchandise store is operated through Shopify. Prices, availability and product descriptions may change without notice. We may limit or cancel orders, including orders with pricing or listing errors. Shipping, returns and exchanges are governed by the policy shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers, and we do not store your full payment card details.

Events such as The Dead Pair Blast and The Dead Pair Pro Am are subject to the rules, schedules and policies posted on each event's registration page and the rules of the host facility and any sanctioning body (such as the NSCA).

- Registration and fees. Registration is confirmed only once payment is received. Fees are [non-refundable / refundable until DATE] unless the event is cancelled by us.
- Changes and cancellation. We may change dates, venues, formats, squads, prizes or schedules, or cancel an event because of weather, safety, low registration or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel an event, our liability is limited to refunding the registration fee you paid.
- Conduct and safety. Participants must follow all range-safety rules and the instructions of event staff and facility personnel. We may remove anyone whose conduct is unsafe or disruptive without a refund.
- Assumption of risk. Shooting sports carry inherent risks, including serious injury or death. By attending or participating, you voluntarily assume those risks. You may be required to sign a separate waiver and release before participating.
- Photos and recordings. Events may be photographed, filmed or recorded for the podcast and promotion. By attending, you consent to the use of your name, image, likeness and voice in that content without compensation.
- Fundraisers. Where an event benefits a charitable organization (such as the MidwayUSA Foundation), [describe how proceeds are handled and whether any portion is tax-deductible].

Raffles and giveaways are governed by their official rules, which are posted with each promotion and form part of these Terms. Unless the official rules say otherwise:

- Entrants must be 18 or older and legally eligible to enter where they live. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Drawings are held at the time and place stated in the official rules, and winners need not be present unless stated.
- Firearm prizes are transferred only through a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) in accordance with all federal, state and local laws. The winner must pass all required background checks and is responsible for any transfer fees, taxes and shipping costs. If the winner cannot lawfully receive the firearm, [an alternate prize / cash equivalent / an alternate winner] will be chosen as stated in the official rules.
- Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes on prizes.
- Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

When you send us a message, guest pitch, sponsorship inquiry or other submission, you agree that we may use it to respond to you and to operate the podcast. If you send us ideas or feedback, you grant us the right to use them without obligation to you. Do not submit anything confidential.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the site's operation, scraping content at scale, submitting false information, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, and is part of these Terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Dead Pair, its owners, hosts, staff, sponsors and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Dead Pair and its owners, hosts, staff and partners from any claims, damages or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Services, your participation in an event, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hernando County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
