We are joined by renowned sports psychologist Dr. Jason Richardson, along side RAD Chad Roberts for the topic of Sponsorships! Dr. Richardson specializes in working with professional athletes and often helps them navigate sponsorship negotiations. He is also a BMX World Champion, and a Pan-AM gold medalist! Chad Roberts is also a BMX World Champion that works for Shimano and spent many years from the corporate side signing contracts with athletes. The NSCA has been having some problems with their classification system. Instead of making assumptions, we called up Michael Hampton Jr. and asked him directly. The two entities have teamed up to not only bring awareness, but help the families of fallen first responders nationwide! The work that they are doing is incredible and awe inspiring.
