World Class chef Joel Dondis has not only been from the bottom to the very top of the food industry, but has worked his way up to Masters class in sporting clays, working with David Radulovich along the way. In 1993, Joel was diagnosed with IBS, (Irritable bowel syndrome). This became a complete lifestyle change and made him look at food in a different manner. Joel began doing research as well as physical training. Now with his new found love of sporting clays, he uses that knowledge of proper diet to keep him going through tournaments…..and he shares his knowledge right here with you!
